I’m Spencer Harris, the proud owner of Harris Global Enterprise LTD.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve always had a passion for helping people. Therefore, when I discovered a marketing job where I could progress in my career while fundraising for the less fortunate, I jumped at the chance. 

I’ve been in the business for eleven years and started operating my own company, Harris Global Enterprise ltd, in 2015. Since going into management, I’ve enjoyed having the ability to grow and control my income.

Overcoming Challenges

Over the past couple of years, I’ve adapted to the COVID pandemic, and the company has come out stronger thanks to the quality people we onboard. I love spending time with new recruits and giving them similar opportunities I received. Having walked in their shoes, I can empathize with their challenges. 

I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe my honest feedback sets me apart. I also mentor my team and regularly inform them that ‘Everything is possible with hard work and dedication.’

In addition, I attribute my success to having belief in the causes I represent. My company makes a real difference in the world, which motivates my team and me to go the extra mile. 

As a result, it fills me with immense satisfaction when I can help individuals reach their full potential and get promoted. Helping them achieve their personal and professional goals is rewarding.

Stability and Philanthropy

When I’m not working on fundraising campaigns, my dog and two cats keep me busy. In addition, I’m engaged to the love of my life, and she adds stability to my endeavors. I’m also a huge sports guy and love the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
